Are you a chocoholic? If you find yourself craving chocolate it's actually a way of your body letting you know it's deficient in magnesium. Over 75% of Americans have a magnesium deficiency. Most women crave chocolate during PMS because it contains high levels of magnesium. A magnesium deficiency can cause insomnia, depression, fatigue, migraines, anxiety, hyperactivity, panic attacks, premenstrual irritability, attention deficit disorder, bladder problems, fibromyalgia, asthma, allergies, palpitations, heart arrhythmias, and more. Even a mild deficiency can cause sensitiveness to noise, nervousness, irritability, mental depression, confusion, twitching, trembling, apprehension, insomnia, muscle weakness and cramps in the toes, feet, legs, or fingers. So what can you do to make sure you're getting enough magnesium in your diet? Consume foods high in magnesium like whole grains, nuts, seeds, and vegetables. Cashews, almonds, and sunflower seeds are excellent sources of magnesium. Calcium supplements decrease the body’s absorption of magnesium, as do soft drinks, alcohol, caffeine, excess sugar, diuretics and birth-control pills. So you may need to consume more magnesium rich food sources to compensate for these factors as well. Hello would you mind letting me know which webhost you're utilizing? I've loaded your blog in 3 different internet browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot faster then most. Can you suggest a good web hosting provider at a fair price? Thanks a lot, I appreciate it!

I am 50 years old and I was told I had COPD 10 years ago. I immediately quit smoking, but as the years pass by my situation gets worse, and I started having attacks once a year, then every six months, and later every 3 to 4 months I was in the hospital. I used to be able to exercise, but it was so hard because i was out of breath. I see people say exercise, but understand this, you can`t exercise if you`re out of breath. I live off steroids and became type 2 diabetic from the steroids, but they`were the only medicine that kept me going. No one knows how you really feel unless they have been through your situation, not even some doctors. When the steroids no longer helps, i was introduced to Health herbal clinic in Johannesburg who have successful herbal treatment to COPD and other lungs diseases. I spoke to few people who used the treatment here in USA and they all gave a positive response, so i immediately purchased the Pulmonary fibrosis herbal remedy and commenced usage, i used the herbal supplement for only 9 weeks, all symptoms gradually faded away, herbs are truly gift from God. contact this herbal clinic via their email healthherbalclinic @ gmail. com or visit www. healthherbalclinic. weebly. com
